Ben holds a Master’s of Industrial Psychology degree and a MBA (Cum Laude) from Wits University. Ben has undertaken the electives for his MBA at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, USA. He completed business management and Leadership programmes at GIBBS and the Stellenbosch Business School. Ben is a Registered Industrial Psychologist and a Professional member (IPMP) of the Institute of Personnel Managers.
Ben has 18 years business experience of which nine years was spent In Corporate business. Ben was employed as Executive Development Manager at South African Breweries before he entered the world of consulting in 2005. For the past 12 years Ben has been involved in consulting work across industries and worked on a Myriad of management consulting projects which included Corporate Strategy, Organisational Design and Development, Change Management, Business Analysis, HR Optimisation and Leadership Development.
Ben has done work with the United Nation in various African countries, Sasol, ICASA, Nedbank, SAB Miller, Kumba Iron, Ruashi Mining (DRC), Phalaborwa Mining Company and Gold Fields. Ben is passionate about meeting customer expectations through value add and innovation and utilises a flexible business approach in his work, which is based on best practice.
